The breakfast here comes with some yummy treats. The room includes a nice free continental breakfast. The staff is super friendly and the location is great, even though it's in a lively area. 🌟

The hotel was in an excellent location, close to beach & shopping, The rooms were basic, but big & clean. Breakfast was great value & staff were friendly.

Had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel for the weekend. Enjoyed the property's originality and how reasonably priced it was for Miami Beach. Everyone was excellent, and the location was favorable, just a 10-15 minute walk from Collins Avenue. Conveniently close to car parks, Collins Avenue, and clubs.

NOTHING.......it is not a single star hotel. You r cheated if u go ahead & book it online as a 2 star hotel. The hotel is dark & dingy do not ever go there. I paid for the 3 days but did not stay there for more then a night. They did not refund me back for the two days....... NEVER FELT SOOOOOO CHEATED EVER IN MY LIFE........

Great location. Right in the middle of South Beach, but far enough from the noisiest party district. If you don't expect luxury, you'll get what you paid for. Great price, especially that breakfast is included! Personal is kind and helpful.

Windows can't be opened. The view was anything but spectacular, you could see the wall of the next house only. AC was loud, but without it, the room was too hot. However, the pros make up for these cons, we would recommend this hotel to anybody, but keep in mind that this one is a 2-star hotel!

Our room was great-sized and brand-new with a microwave, full bath, and a sofa. We slept well during our stay. The location is marvelous and stunning, close to the beach and restaurants. The hotel is conveniently located near Hosteria Romana, where you can have lunch.

Large rooms

Worst place I have ever stayed - terrible! Dank rooms with very gay environment (nothing against them - just facts here) - sex toys in office - railings on beds for handcuffs, etc. Way too expensive for a lousy place to stay too.

Very nice Hotel in very good location 2 minutes away from South Beach Ocean Drive. The Room was clean and large, we like the breakfast it was mote than continental very good. The staff was good in this Hotel, but specialy we like the Receptionist Riky, he was very frendly and help us with important information about Miami. Also good that they have free internet.

The staff here is amazing and truly made our stay enjoyable, plus we loved the modern spacious room with climate control, multi-channel TV, and a microwave.

The customer service was great.Ricky,who worked at the front desk was so helpful.Leaving Miami I noticed that I forgot my leather jacket in a taxi cab,so I called Ricky asking him to call taxi driver(because he arranged me one)and ask him to bring jacket to the hotel and give to my friend who stayed longer that day.He promised that he will take care of it.So he really got a jacket and gave to my friend.Thank you Ricky so much for being so polite and having such a great customer skills.Also,I would like to say that continental breakfast was great,I loved location because we were close to everything in South beach:clubs,resturants,beaches,shopping.The Island Hotel was also budget hotel which helped a lot not to pay too much and still being in the heart of the South beach.
